Disney Accidentally revealed Release Date of She-Hulk
When She-Hulk premieres on Disney+, the Marvel Cinematic Universe will go green. The half-hour courtroom comedy will apparently break the mould of typical MCU entertainment aired on the popular streaming site, meaning it will be significantly more funny and irreverent than, say, Moon Knight. If the allegations are accurate, Jennifer Walters, played by Tatiana Maslany of Orphan Black, may even break the fourth wall and speak straight to the audience, as she did in several of her original comic book appearances.
Bruce Banner, played by Mark Ruffalo, joins the journey after his appearance in Avengers: Endgame (and the post-credit scene of Shang-Chi).
If Jen's traditional origin is addressed, Banner's involvement in the show is critical, as she is transformed into She-Hulk by Bruce's Gamma-infused blood transfusion. According to the footage from She-Hulk that has previously been published, Bruce will be on hand to help Walters learn about her newfound skills.
Originally, it was thought that the series would premiere before Ms. Marvel, another Marvel Studios series. When Ms. Marvel was announced to be released on June 8, the rumours were quashed. Due to VFX issues, word spread that the show wouldn't air until the end of 2022 or early 2023, however this turned out to be untrue as well.
So, when does the real party begin?
Well, a new official Disney post has undoubtedly, albeit mistakenly, revealed the premiere date for this Marvel Studios series.
When Does She-Hulk Debut?
She-Hulk will launch on Wednesday, August 17th, according to an apparently inadvertent post on the official Disney website in the UK (via What's on Disney Plus).
The premiere episode will air five weeks after the conclusion of Ms. Marvel and just under six weeks after the release of Thor: Love and Thunder in theatres.
Marvel Studios usually advertises its release dates via high-profile outlets such as a widely distributed trailer or a huge event. The She-Hulk release date was revealed in an unusual and unceremonious manner by Marvel, making it almost obvious that it was an accident.
She-Hulk Will Be a Visual Effects Extravaganza
She-Hulk is, of course, a CGI-intensive programme due to the nature of how Hulk-like characters are presented to the screen.
For their characters in Hulk form, Maslany and Ruffalo will offer motion-capture performances, which will transmit even their most delicate gestures onto the computer-generated characters.
Only Bruce was shown in full as the Hulk in the limited pieces of footage that fans have already seen from the series. She-Hulk was only seen from behind, implying that the special effects required to bring her to life had not yet been completed. After all, the Hulk's completed and polished CGI assets from Avengers: Endgame were already on hand, so it's only natural that he appears in the teaser.

Tim Roth will also return as Emil Blonsky, aka the Abomination, adding to the cast list yet another character with a lot of special effects.
