Here are a few statements about'most volatile supe' that you should never hear: "Something is wrong with Homelander. Something has gone wrong. He's completely lost his mind, "In the first trailer for the third season of the Prime Video drama, Starlight says (premiering Friday, June 3, with its first three episodes).

Indeed, after the loss of his love Stormfront, The Seven's commander is in a bad mood, going on a media apology tour to explain that he fell for the wrong woman. Through clinched teeth, he tells the journalists, "I am extremely thrilled for everyone to meet the real me."

Meanwhile, Butcher is following orders from... Hughie, who now appears to be a suit for the Federal Bureau of Superhuman Affairs. Hughie quickly recognizes that the system is rigged and that the only way to defeat Vought is through Butcher's method. But, given how combustible and vicious Soldier Boy is, Butcher & Co. may have been better served keeping him in his cell.
